Thiago is co-founder and Managing Partner of Confrapar, an investment company that focuses on long-term strategies in the technology sector. With a solid background in technology and finance, Thiago began his career in the telecommunications sector, working for Ericsson and Brasil Telecom (Oi), and founded Web Advisor, a company focused on developing software for the internet. In 2007, he entered the financial market as a partner at BI Asset Management, deepening his experience in the investment segment.

As a member of the Board of Directors of Confrapar’s portfolio companies, Thiago is involved in the development of governance and sustainable growth strategies in businesses such as Ubook, Nutrebem, Ingresse, Hands, and SalaryFits. He is also a member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), a global leadership network of more than 29,000 executives from 130 countries who share the purpose of developing better leaders in the world.

Thiago holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, an Executive MBA from George Washington University, and a postgraduate degree in Financial Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, qualifications that reinforce his strategic and technical approach to investment and business development.

Kadu has built a distinguished career in various high-impact roles at global technology companies, including Microsoft and Ericsson, with operations spanning Latin America, Asia, and the United States. As Managing Partner at Confrapar for over 15 years, he is recognized as a pioneer in the private equity sector in Brazil.

Throughout his leadership, Kadu has been instrumental in conducting more than 30 Confrapar investments, guiding companies in strategic exits that generate consistent returns. With a degree in Electrical Engineering from UFMG and an MBA from FGV, he brings technical and strategic depth to his approach, identifying and scaling opportunities that generate value for investors.

Luísa holds a law degree from FUMEC University and a postgraduate degree in Business Law from IBMEC. With experience in Private Equity and Venture Capital, she has structured more than 20 transactions in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Mergers & Acquisitions, focusing on technology companies. Before joining Confrapar since its foundation, she worked at Coimbra & Chaves Advogados.

Rodrigo is a professional with experience in business development, finance, and technology. His career includes important positions at companies such as Multicanal, Net Serviços, and W-Aura. He led the sale of Takenet to the Japanese group Faith.

As co-founder of Confrapar, Rodrigo has a strong academic background, with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UFMG and an MBA from Stern NYU.

Gustavo is a professional with solid experience in the investment portfolio management industry, with proven expertise in stock research, hedge funds, and asset management. He is a specialist in global stock selection, with in-depth knowledge of Latin American markets. A highly qualified finance professional, he holds a master’s degree from the University of Nottingham and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Indianapolis, as well as executive training from Columbia Business School and Edinburgh Business School.

Camila is an experienced lawyer with a law degree from Faculdade Milton Campos and an LLM in Business Law from Ibmec. Since 2017, she has played an important role at Confrapar, where she specializes in legal advice and fiduciary administration for Investment Funds in the Venture Capital and Private Equity sectors in Brazil.

Robert is an experienced financial sector professional with over 25 years of specialized experience in alternative asset business development, fundraising, and investor relations. Robert has extensive expertise in private equity, hedge funds, and structured finance, with a strong focus on the Brazilian financial market and global investment opportunities.

As a senior executive at Banco Sul América, Rio Bravo, and Deutsche Bank, he later founded LCE Capital Advisory, where he managed ABVCAP’s global investor relations program and led successful campaigns for leading Brazilian PE/VC managers. With an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and dual degrees in Economics and Communication from the University of Michigan, Robert combines strategic vision, local knowledge, and a global network of investors to deliver results in alternative investments.

Pablo is Vice President of Confrapar, based in Medellín, with over 15 years of experience leading projects worth up to US$ 15 million and managing businesses with revenues exceeding US$ 3 million. His professional career spans various sectors, including retail, e-commerce, and B2B services.

Passionate about strategy, innovation, and new product development, Pablo holds a degree in Product Design Engineering, Marketing, and Innovation from Universidad EAFIT, a master’s degree in Business from the University of Queensland, and executive training from Kellogg Executive Education, with an international program specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Katherinne leads Confrapar’s expansion in Colombia and the Andean region. She brings over 10 years of experience in capital markets and alternative investments, with a solid track record in private equity, investor relations, and portfolio strategy.

Before joining Confrapar, she held leadership positions at HMC Capital and Compass Group, where she worked closely with private equity managers, institutional investors, and family offices throughout Latin America. She is also actively involved in the venture capital ecosystem, supporting the strengthening of private equity investment networks and leading capital mobilization strategies in the region.

Based in Bogotá, Katherinne works in partnership with Confrapar’s leadership to strengthen the manager’s regional presence and identify high-potential investment opportunities.

Aline is an experienced professional in the financial area, where she efficiently manages cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, billing, and the administration of the company’s resources in general. In addition, she provides support to Confrapar’s Administrative and Human Resources departments, performing day-to-day tasks in various offices and actively participating in the selection and recruitment process for new employees.

Nathália is part of Confrapar’s legal team, contributing to the preparation of corporate documents and monitoring the regulatory requirements of the manager and the funds. Prior to that, she worked as a lawyer at Kaya Asset Management, focusing on structured credit transactions and distressed assets.

Her career also includes stints at public agencies and law firms, such as the Rio de Janeiro State Attorney General’s Office and Gustavo Binenbojm & Associados, with an emphasis on civil, regulatory, and administrative law.

She holds a law degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).

Paulo is a graduate in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP, with a focus on Corporate Finance. He brings to Confrapar relevant experience in the financial market, working in different areas of M&A, Venture Capital, and Private Credit.

He began his career at Experian, where he worked for almost two years in the areas of M&A and Venture Capital, participating in several transactions, including acquisitions such as AllowMe, Flexpag, SalaryFits, and CERC, in addition to ten other strategic deals. More recently, he joined the Patria Investimentos team in the Private Credit area, where he supported financial modeling, debt structuring, and risk analysis in different credit operations, monitoring processes from start to finish.

Amanda works in Communications and Marketing at Confrapar, playing a key role in the company’s institutional communications. With a strong track record in digital initiatives, she has developed marketing strategies, content schedules, and rebranding for brands.

At Confrapar, Amanda has excelled in organizing corporate events, strengthening the company’s institutional image through innovative digital strategies and effective social media management. She combines advanced technical skills with a proactive strategic approach, fostering dialogue and collaboration between companies.

Gustavo is an economics student at PUC-SP. He began his career working in Special Situations (Distressed Private Equity), where he participated in several transactions and company turnarounds. At Confrapar, he uses this technical background to contribute to the analysis of new investments and portfolio monitoring.

Marin is an executive with experience in high-performance business and technology. He is currently Regional Managing Director of Ingenico in South America and Operating Partner at Confrapar.

Throughout his career, Marin has played a key role in managing various projects in the financial services sector, with previous experience at Worldline, Capgemini, and in the aeronautics industry at Airbus.

Leonardo Santos is an Operating Partner at Confrapar and founder of Semantix, the first DeepTech company in Latin America to be listed on Nasdaq.

With an International Executive MBA, specializing in Strategic Technology and Innovation Leadership from Stanford University, Leonardo is also the founder of Abria (Brazilian Association of Artificial Intelligence) and IA Brasil, the largest Artificial Intelligence community in Brazil. He has been recognized as one of the 100 Most Innovative People in Latin America.

Scodiero has a background in engineering, with a specialization in Microelectronic Hardware. Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself as an executive at several renowned multinational companies. At AMD, he served as CEO of the Brazilian subsidiary and also as Vice President for Latin America. In addition, he has held strategic C-level positions at major corporations such as Apple, IBM, and Okidata.

He is also dedicated to innovation and entrepreneurship, being the co-founder of BAITA, a business accelerator specializing in Hardware and the Internet of Things (IoT) in Brazil, a field in which he is considered one of the pioneers. Scodiero has also contributed to the development and mentoring of companies in this segment.

His influence extends to government and industrial initiatives. He was an active member of the IoT Chamber, linked to the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation, and is currently part of the Higher Council for Innovation of FIESP (Federation of Industries of São Paulo). In addition, he has participated in several initiatives and road shows dedicated to attracting investment to Brazil, reinforcing his commitment to technological advancement and innovation in the country.

Edson has had a distinguished career in Financial Services, particularly in Fintech, where his contributions have been instrumental. He played a crucial role in guiding Redecard through a successful initial public offering (IPO) and was instrumental in establishing a Brazilian subsidiary for a major US company in the payments industry.

He holds an advanced degree in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral and complemented his qualifications with training at INSEAD. He joined Confrapar as an Operating Partner and has since advanced to the position of Strategic Consultant and Partner, applying his vast experience to enhance and guide our investment strategies.

With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and executive, Alexandre was CEO of Argo Solutions, the largest corporate travel technology company in Latin America, present in more than 15 countries and acquired by Amadeus in 2018. Alexandre is currently Operating Partner at Confrapar. He has a solid track record in international markets, especially in HR Techs, SaaS, and Building Automation throughout Latin America.

Paulo is the Managing Partner of Grupo Asamar and former president of AleSat Combustíveis, where he successfully led the sale to Glencore, an Anglo-Swiss conglomerate. With a law degree from Faculdade Milton Campos, he now plays an important role as Operating Partner at Confrapar, where he shares valuable insights and experience gained throughout his career.

Roberto, co-founder and CEO of Blip, leads a renowned Brazilian technology company specializing in intelligent conversation solutions for businesses. He also plays a key role as a board member at Confrapar.

His background in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from UFMG is complemented by studies in Finance at Ibmec, as well as Executive Education, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship programs at Stanford University.

Jack is Director of Entrepreneurship at Stanford University, where he also mentors startups. In addition, he is an investor and board member at technology companies. With experience at renowned companies such as McKinsey and ForteBio, he has extensive experience in the sector. He holds a degree in Engineering from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University.

Luciana has extensive international experience in the telecommunications sector, with experience throughout Latin America. She is currently Solutions Manager at Nokia and Operating Partner at Confrapar.

With a degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Telecommunications, Luciana has distinguished herself for her ability to adapt complex solutions to different markets, always focused on meeting the specific needs of her clients.

Albert is a Filipino entrepreneur and investor with a remarkable track record. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Ateneo de Manila University, a prestigious institution in the Philippines. With over a decade of experience in the technology sector, Albert has held various leadership positions in both Asia and Latin America.

He has a proven track record of founding, scaling operations, and leading several venture-backed technology companies, including Groupon, honestbee, and Lalamove. Albert has demonstrated exceptional ability in building teams from scratch and leading them to success in different markets.

In his role as Operating Partner, Albert shares his vast expertise in Business Development, Organizational Development, and Expansion Strategies. He plays a vital role in guiding teams, helping them navigate and achieve successful growth and establish themselves in new markets.

Kristie Pellecchia is the director of Pellecchia International, a consulting firm specializing in capital markets, public policy, and strategic partnerships. With a 15-year career in prominent financial positions at major international banks, Pellecchia has also excelled as a Senior Advisor at the United States International Development Finance Corporation (U.S. DFC). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and has an MBA in Finance from the prestigious Wharton School.

Marcelo is a finance executive with a solid multicultural career developed in the US, Europe, and Brazil. He holds an MBA in finance/economics from NYU and has extensive experience in the financial areas of national and multinational companies.

He has nearly 16 years of experience as Chief Financial Officer at Nokia and currently serves as Treasury Cluster Lead LATAM at ABB, in addition to being an Operating Partner at Confrapar.

As Managing Director of the Individual Segment at Citibanamex, Theo has over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, leading businesses in the United States, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from USP and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern, Theo leverages his strong academic background and extensive experience in his role as an Operating Partner at Confrapar, where he has been involved for several years.

Emerson has extensive experience in business development, administration, and technology, having worked at large companies such as Telefônica, Redecard, and CVC. He holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Emerson recently founded Cão Cidadão, where he served as CEO until its sale to Petz in 2021. He also serves on the board of Safe Kids Brazil, an NGO dedicated to child safety.

Daniel has extensive experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, and technology. He currently serves as president and co-founder of Blip, a renowned Brazilian technology company with a strong market presence. He holds a degree in Business Administration from UFMG and has honed his skills through participation in the Dom Cabral Foundation (FDC) Board Member Development Program.

In addition, Daniel plays a key role as Operating Partner at Confrapar, where he applies his knowledge and entrepreneurial skills, contributing significantly to this partnership.

Vikram is the founding partner of 8i Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund based in Mumbai. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern, with a specialization in Finance and Accounting.

For several years, Vikram has been part of the Confrapar team for several years, serving as Operating Partner and contributing his vast experience and knowledge to the company.
