Thiago is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Confrapar, an investment firm that focuses on long-term strategies within the technology sector. With a strong background in technology and finance, he began his career in telecommunications, working at Ericsson and Brasil Telecom (Oi), and later founded Web Advisor, a company dedicated to internet software development. In 2007, he entered the financial market as a partner at BI Asset Management Ltda, expanding his experience in investment management.
As a member of the Board of Directors for Confrapar portfolio companies, Thiago actively contributes to governance and sustainable growth strategies for businesses such as Ubook, Nutrebem, Ingresse, Hands, and SalaryFits. He is also a member of YPOThe global leadership community of extraordinary chief executives.
Thiago holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, an Executive MBA from George Washington University, and a postgraduate degree in Financial Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, qualifications that reinforce his strategic and technical approach to investments and business development.

Kadu Guillaume

Kadu has built a distinguished career across multiple high-impact roles in global technology firms, including Microsoft and Ericsson, with a reach spanning Latin America, Asia, and the United States. As the founder and Managing Partner of Confrapar for over 15 years, he is recognized as a pioneering figure in the Brazilian Private Equity (PE) industry.
Throughout his leadership, Kadu has been instrumental in steering Confrapar’s over 30 investments, guiding companies through strategic exits that consistently drive strong returns. His academic foundation in Electrical Engineering from UFMG and an MBA from FGV add technical and strategic depth to his approach, enabling him to identify and scale value-creating opportunities for investors.
Beyond his professional achievements, Kadu actively enhances corporate governance standards, serving on the boards of companies such as Flapper, UCB Power, and Xmobots. His board roles emphasize long-term growth strategies, operational excellence, and shareholder value, making him a trusted advisor for advancing investor interests.

Luísa Coelho
Managing Partner
Luísa holds a Law degree from FUMEC University and a postgraduate specialization in Corporate Law from IBMEC. With experience in Private Equity and Venture Capital, she has structured over 20 transactions in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Mergers & Acquisitions, focusing on technology companies. Prior to joining Confrapar since its founding, she worked at Coimbra & Chaves Advogados.

Rodrigo Esteves
Partner and CFO
Rodrigo is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in business development, finance, and technology. His career includes significant roles at companies such as Multicanal, Net Serviços, and W-Aura. Notably, he led the sale of Takenet to the Japanese group Faith.
As a co-founder of Confrapar, Rodrigo has a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UFMG and an MBA from Stern NYU.

Gustavo is a strong finance professional who graduated from the University of Nottingham and the University of Indianapolis.

Yago Moreira
Vice President
Yago is a results-driven Private Equity executive with extensive experience in investment leadership, strategic finance, and business expansion across Latin America. As Vice President at Confrapar, he has led multi-market investment strategies, M&A transactions, and value creation initiatives, working closely with CEOs and CFOs to drive financial growth and operational excellence. Previously, in Investment Banking, he executed 20+ global transactions exceeding BRL 30 billion. Yago holds a degree in Economics from Lancaster University and a Summer Diploma in Business Administration from Harvard University. He also serves as a Board Observer at Xmobots, Ingresse, Flapper, and Fielo, supporting financial strategy and governance to accelerate business growth.

Camila Gonçalves
Legal Senior Associate
Camila is an experienced lawyer with a Law degree from Faculdade Milton Campos and an LLM in Business Law from Ibmec. Since 2017, she has played an important role at Confrapar, specializing in legal advisory and fiduciary management for Private Equity and Venture Capital Investment Funds in Brazil. Her main responsibilities include managing funds, particularly for GP, KI, KII, and KIII, as well as providing strategic legal support to the fund management teams.

Robert Linton

Robert is an Experienced financial services professional with over 25 years specializing in alternative asset business development, fundraising, and investor relations. Robert has deep expertise in private equity, multi-strategy hedge funds, and structured finance, with a strong focus on the Brazilian financial market and global investment opportunities.
A senior executive at Banco Sul America, Rio Bravo, and Deutsche Bank, he later founded LCE Capital Advisory, managing ABVCAP’s Investor Outreach program and leading successful campaigns for top Brazilian PE/VC managers. With an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a double BA in Economics and Communication from the University of Michigan, Robert combines strategic insight, product expertise and a global investor network to deliver results.

Katherinne Quintero, CAIA
Vice President
Katherinne leads Confrapar’s expansion in Colombia and the Andean region. She brings over 10 years of experience in capital markets and alternative investments, with a strong background in private equity, investor relations, and portfolio strategy.
Prior to joining Confrapar, she held leadership roles at HMC Capital and Compass Group, where she worked closely with private equity managers, institutional investors, and family offices across Latin America. She has also been actively involved in the venture capital ecosystem, supporting the growth of private capital investment networks and leading capital mobilization strategies across the region.
Based in Bogotá, Katherinne works closely with Confrapar’s leadership to strengthen the firm’s regional presence and identify high-potential investment opportunities.

Fernando de Seabra Graça

Fernando is a dynamic and highly qualified professional with a solid academic background and extensive experience in the financial sector. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Insper, where he also completed his postgraduate studies in Advanced Finance.
With one year of work in strategic and innovation consulting and three years in Investment Banking, specifically in the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) division, Fernando has gained significant experience in complex and strategic transactions across various sectors, having participated in over 15 projects involving company buyouts, sales, and fundraising.

Isadora Perim
Investment Analyst
Isadora Perim is an Investment Analyst at Confrapar, with a degree in Economics from Ibmec and an ANBIMA-certified investment specialist. She has experience in Private Equity and Equity Research, focusing on financial analysis, valuation, and investment structuring.
Since her undergraduate studies, she has deepened her knowledge in the field, developing skills in company valuation and financial modeling. Before joining Confrapar, she worked at XP Investimentos and Santander, analyzing companies in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. During university, she was runner-up in the VC Challenge, an academic competition focused on investment structuring and strategic business analysis.

Aline Silva
Financial Analyst
Aline is an experienced professional in the financial field, efficiently managing cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, billing, and overall company resource management. Additionally, she provides support to the Administrative and Human Resources departments at Confrapar, handling day-to-day tasks across various offices and actively participating in the selection and recruitment process of new employees for the company.

Nathália Trindade
Legal Analyst
With a career focused on the financial market and complex transactions, Nathália provides legal expertise in contract structuring, risk analysis, due diligence, and compliance. Her background includes corporate law, real estate law, and managing transactions involving legal claims.
She is part of Confrapar’s legal team, contributing to the preparation of corporate documents and compliance with regulatory requirements for both the firm and its funds. Prior to that, she worked as an attorney at Kaya Asset Management, specializing in structured credit and distressed asset operations.
Her experience also includes work in public institutions and law firms, such as the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Rio de Janeiro and the law firm Gustavo Binenbojm & Associates, with a focus on civil, regulatory, and administrative law.
She holds a law degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Law at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV/SP).

Gabriele has been working in Communication and Marketing at Confrapar, playing a key role in the company’s institutional communication. With a strong background in social initiatives, Gabriele led social media management and developed impactful marketing strategies during her time as a volunteer for the Hug.U social project.
At Confrapar, Gabriele has excelled in organizing corporate events, strengthening the company’s institutional image through innovative digital strategies and effective social media management. She combines advanced technical skills with a proactive strategic approach, driving dialogue and collaboration between companies.

Thales Barbosa
Private Equity
Thales is an Economics student at Insper with a diverse background in the financial market. He served as President of Insper Asset, leading analysis projects and contributing to strategic management. Additionally, he completed a summer internship in M&A at BR Advice and participated in the Private Equity Practice (PEP) program, guided by experts from Advent International and Warburg Pincus.
As a finalist in prominent competitions such as the Bank of America Research Challenge and the IGC Challenge, Thales brings his analytical skills and strategic vision to Confrapar, supporting the development of the firm’s projects and initiatives.

Lucca Bonato
Private Equity
Lucca holds a degree in Economics from PUC-SP and brings over four years of experience in finance to Confrapar. His career began at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Global Corporate Investment Banking – Wholesale Credit division. He subsequently worked in Investment Banking – Debt Capital Markets at Banco Modal (acquired by XP Investimentos) and at Aeté Capital, focusing on Special Situations, Restructuring, Debt Capital Markets, and M&A.

Marin Mignot

Marin is an executive with extensive experience in high-performance business and technology. He is currently the Regional Managing Director of Ingenico in South America and Operating Partner at Confrapar.
Throughout his career, Marin has played a pivotal role in managing various projects in the financial services sector, with previous experience at Worldline, Capgemini, and the aerospace industry at Airbus.

Leonardo Santos

Leonardo Santos is the founder and chairman of Semantix, a Brazilian company specializing in data and artificial intelligence, which became the first DeepTech company in Latin America to be listed on the Nasdaq. Since 2010, Leonardo has played a key role in leading Semantix, a market leader in Brazil.
In addition to his role at Semantix, Leonardo is an Operating Partner at Confrapar, where he leverages his extensive experience in technology and innovation to drive the growth of portfolio companies. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at FIA and holds an MBA in Strategic Technology and Innovation Leadership from Stanford University, as well as having completed strategic management courses at Stanford and Chinese universities. In 2023, Leonardo was recognized as one of the 100 Most Innovative People in Latin America, standing out for his contributions to the technology and innovation sectors.

José Scodiero

Scodiero has a strong engineering background with a specialization in microelectronic hardware. Throughout his career, he excelled as an executive in various renowned multinational companies. At AMD, he played crucial roles, serving as the CEO of the Brazilian subsidiary and also as Vice President for Latin America. Additionally, he held strategic C-level positions in heavyweight corporations such as Apple, IBM, and Okidata.
He is also dedicated to innovation and entrepreneurship, co-founding BAITA, a company accelerator specialized in hardware and Internet of Things (IoT) in Brazil, where he is considered one of the pioneers in this field. Scodiero has also contributed to the development and mentoring of companies in this segment.
His influence extends to government and industrial initiatives. He was an active member of the IoT Chamber, linked to the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation, and currently serves on the Superior Innovation Council of FIESP (Federation of Industries of São Paulo). Moreover, he has been involved in various initiatives and roadshows aimed at attracting investments to Brazil, reinforcing his commitment to technological advancement and innovation in the country.

Edson Luiz dos Santos

Edson has a distinguished career in Financial Services, particularly in Fintech, where his contributions have been pivotal. He played a crucial role in guiding Redecard through a successful initial public offering (IPO) and had a key role in establishing a Brazilian subsidiary for a major U.S. company in the payments sector.

Emerson boasts extensive experience in business development, administration, and technology, having worked for major companies such as Telefônica, Redecard, and CVC.
