He has worked for companies such as Ericsson and Brasil Telecom (Oi), and also founded a software development company for the internet.

In 2007, he entered the financial market by becoming a partner at BI Asset Management Ltda. Thiago is a CVM-certified Portfolio Manager and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, as well as an Executive MBA from George Washington University and another MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Thiago also contributes to the growth and development of other organizations, serving as a board member for several portfolio companies, including Ingresse, Hands, and Nutrebem. He is also a member of YPO, a global community of leaders who share experiences and knowledge.

Kadu has a rich professional background, having worked at various technology companies, including Microsoft and Ericsson, with roles spanning Latin America, Asia, and the United States. As a Managing Partner of Confrapar, he stands out as a pioneering figure in the Private Equity (PE) industry in Brazil.

He played a significant role in leading the sale of QuickLessons to the German conglomerate Bertelsmann. His academic background is impressive, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UFMG and an MBA from FGV. In addition to his professional achievements, Kadu actively contributes to corporate governance, serving as a board member for companies such as Fielo, Flapper, UCB Power, and Xmobots.

Luísa, a graduate in Law from FUMEC University, further enhanced her legal expertise with a postgraduate degree in Business Law from IBMEC. Recognized as one of the Top Women Technology Investors in Latin America in 2021, 2022, and 2023, she boasts extensive experience in Private Equity/Venture Capital.

Her professional journey includes a significant period at Coimbra & Chaves Advogados, and she has been an integral part of Confrapar since its inception. Throughout her career, Luísa has successfully structured more than 20 deals in Private Equity/Venture Capital and Mergers & Acquisitions, primarily focusing on technology companies.

Rodrigo is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in business development, finance, and technology. His career includes significant roles at companies such as Multicanal, Net Serviços, and W-Aura. Notably, he led the sale of Takenet to the Japanese group Faith.

As a co-founder of Confrapar, Rodrigo has a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UFMG and an MBA from Stern NYU.

Yago is an experienced investment professional with a solid career spanning over 8 years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Advisory. He is currently the Vice President at Confrapar. Throughout his career, he has successfully executed transactions totaling more than 30 billion reais on a global scale, involving various sectors. Yago has a distinguished academic background, holding bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the renowned Lancaster University as well as from Harvard University. This education has provided him with a strong foundation in corporate finance, economics, and business law.

Isadora Perim is an Investment Analyst at Confrapar, with a degree in Economics from Ibmec. With prior experience at XP Investimentos and Santander, she excels in securities analysis and equity research. Her skills include data analysis and finance, demonstrated in internships and significant projects, in addition to holding relevant certifications in the financial sector.

Fernando is a dynamic and highly qualified professional with a solid academic background and extensive experience in the financial sector. He is currently an Analyst at Confrapar. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Insper, where he also completed his postgraduate studies in Advanced Finance.

With one year of work in strategic and innovation consulting and three years in Investment Banking, specifically in the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) division, Fernando has gained significant experience in complex and strategic transactions across various sectors, having participated in over 15 projects involving company buyouts, sales, and fundraising.

Camila is an experienced lawyer with a Law degree from Faculdade Milton Campos and an LLM in Business Law from Ibmec. Since 2017, she has played an important role at Confrapar, specializing in legal advisory and fiduciary management for Private Equity and Venture Capital Investment Funds in Brazil. Her main responsibilities include managing funds, particularly for GP, KI, KII, and KIII, as well as providing strategic legal support to the fund management teams.

Vinícius is a Business Administration student at FEA-USP and a member of the FEA-USP Financial Market League. He already possesses a solid foundation in corporate finance and company analysis, further strengthened through university challenges and study groups in Equity Research and M&A.

Previously, he served as a commercial leader at a junior enterprise, where he played an active role in client relations, consulting projects, negotiations, and B2B sales. His communicative profile, analytical skills, and sense of ownership will contribute to Confrapar ambitious projects and plans.

Currently studying Law at PUC Minas, David has experience in the legal and fiduciary management areas, with a focus on Private Equity at Confrapar. His professional journey includes valuable experience as an intern at Rima Consultoria, where he honed his skills in investments and management. Additionally, he completed a training course in technical and chart analysis of investments at Banco MAUA in São Paulo, further enriching his knowledge of the financial market.

Gabriele has been working in Communication and Marketing at Confrapar, playing a key role in the company’s institutional communication. With a strong background in social initiatives, Gabriele led social media management and developed impactful marketing strategies during her time as a volunteer for the Hug.U social project.

At Confrapar, Gabriele has excelled in organizing corporate events, strengthening the company’s institutional image through innovative digital strategies and effective social media management. She combines advanced technical skills with a proactive strategic approach, driving dialogue and collaboration between companies.

Leonardo Santos is the founder and chairman of Semantix, a Brazilian company specializing in data and artificial intelligence, which became the first DeepTech company in Latin America to be listed on the Nasdaq. Since 2010, Leonardo has played a key role in leading Semantix, a market leader in Brazil.

In addition to his role at Semantix, Leonardo is an Operating Partner at Confrapar, where he leverages his extensive experience in technology and innovation to drive the growth of portfolio companies. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at FIA and holds an MBA in Strategic Technology and Innovation Leadership from Stanford University, as well as having completed strategic management courses at Stanford and Chinese universities. In 2023, Leonardo was recognized as one of the 100 Most Innovative People in Latin America, standing out for his contributions to the technology and innovation sectors.

Scodiero has a strong engineering background with a specialization in microelectronic hardware. Throughout his career, he excelled as an executive in various renowned multinational companies. At AMD, he played crucial roles, serving as the CEO of the Brazilian subsidiary and also as Vice President for Latin America. Additionally, he held strategic C-level positions in heavyweight corporations such as Apple, IBM, and Okidata.

He is also dedicated to innovation and entrepreneurship, co-founding BAITA, a company accelerator specialized in hardware and Internet of Things (IoT) in Brazil, where he is considered one of the pioneers in this field. Scodiero has also contributed to the development and mentoring of companies in this segment.

His influence extends to government and industrial initiatives. He was an active member of the IoT Chamber, linked to the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation, and currently serves on the Superior Innovation Council of FIESP (Federation of Industries of São Paulo). Moreover, he has been involved in various initiatives and roadshows aimed at attracting investments to Brazil, reinforcing his commitment to technological advancement and innovation in the country.

Marin is an executive with extensive experience in high-performance business and technology. He is currently the Regional Managing Director of Ingenico in South America and Operating Partner at Confrapar.

Throughout his career, Marin has played a pivotal role in managing various projects in the financial services sector, with previous experience at Worldline, Capgemini, and the aerospace industry at Airbus.

With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and executive, Alexandre was the CEO of Argo Solutions, the largest corporate travel technology company in Latin America, operating in more than 15 countries and acquired by Amadeus in 2018. Currently, Alexandre is an Operating Partner at Confrapar. He has a strong track record in international markets, especially in HR Tech, SaaS, and Building Automation across Latin America.

Edson has a distinguished career in Financial Services, particularly in Fintech, where his contributions have been pivotal. He played a crucial role in guiding Redecard through a successful initial public offering (IPO) and had a key role in establishing a Brazilian subsidiary for a major U.S. company in the payments sector.

He holds an advanced degree in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral and has furthered his qualifications with education at INSEAD. He joined Confrapar as an Operational Partner and has since advanced to the role of Strategic Consultant and Partner, leveraging his extensive experience to enhance and steer our investment strategies.

As the Director of the Asamar Group and founder and former president of AleSat Combustíveis, Paulo played a crucial role in leading the company in a successful sale to the Anglo-Swiss conglomerate, Glencore.

Roberto, co-founder and CEO of Blip, leads a renowned Brazilian technology company specializing in intelligent conversation solutions for businesses. Additionally, he plays a key role as a Board Member at Confrapar.

His background in Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering from UFMG is complemented by studies in Finance at Ibmec, as well as Executive Education, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship programs at Stanford University.

Aline is an experienced professional in the financial field, efficiently managing cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, billing, and overall company resource management. Additionally, she provides support to the Administrative and Human Resources departments at Confrapar, handling day-to-day tasks across various offices and actively participating in the selection and recruitment process of new employees for the company.

Jack is a Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Stanford School of Engineering. He has a strong track record as a mentor, board member, and investor in technology companies. Jack completed his undergraduate degree in Engineering at Dartmouth College and earned his MBA from Stanford University. He has professional experience at renowned companies such as McKinsey, ForteBio, IPWireless, and BD.

Luciana has a broad international background in the Telecommunications sector, with experience across Latin America. She is currently a Solutions Manager at Nokia and an Operating Partner at Confrapar.

With a degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Telecommunications, Luciana has distinguished herself by her ability to adapt complex solutions for different markets, always focused on meeting the specific needs of her clients.

Albert is a Filipino entrepreneur and investor with a remarkable career. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Ateneo de Manila University, a prestigious institution in the Philippines. With over a decade of experience in the technology sector, Albert has held various leadership roles across Asia and Latin America.

He has a proven track record in founding, scaling operations, and leading multiple venture-backed tech companies, including Groupon, honestbee, and Lalamove. Albert excels in building teams from the ground up and driving them to success in diverse markets.

As an Operating Partner, Albert shares his extensive expertise in Business Development, Organizational Development, and Expansion Strategies. He plays a vital role in guiding teams, helping them navigate challenges, achieve growth, and establish themselves in new markets.

Kristie Pellecchia is the director of Pellecchia International, a consulting firm specializing in capital markets, public policy, and strategic partnerships. With a 15-year career in prominent financial positions at major international banks, Pellecchia has also excelled as a Senior Advisor at the United States International Development Finance Corporation (U.S. DFC). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and has an MBA in Finance from the prestigious Wharton School.

Marcelo is a Finance Executive with a solid multicultural career developed in the USA, Europe, and Brazil. He holds an MBA in Finance/Economics from NYU and has extensive experience in financial roles at both national and multinational companies.

With nearly 16 years of experience as CFO at Nokia, he currently serves as Treasury Cluster Lead LATAM at ABB, in addition to being an Operating Partner at Confrapar.

As Managing Director of the Individual Segment at Citibanamex, Theo has over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, leading businesses in the United States, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from USP and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern, Theo leverages his strong academic background and extensive experience in his role as an Operating Partner at Confrapar, where he has been involved for several years.

Emerson boasts extensive experience in business development, administration, and technology, having worked for major companies such as Telefônica, Redecard, and CVC. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from FGV and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Recently, Emerson founded the company Cão Cidadão, serving as its CEO until its acquisition by Petz in 2021. Additionally, he is a board member at Safe Kids Brazil, an NGO committed to child safety.

Daniel has extensive experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, and technology, being a serial entrepreneur as well. Currently, he is the president and co-founder of Blip, a renowned Brazilian Technology Unicorn. He holds a degree in Business Administration from UFMG and honed his skills by participating in the Board Development Program at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC).
