Flapper Achieves International Tourism Award

FLAPPER, known in Brazil for its excellence in executive aviation technology, has just been recognized with a significant international award. The company stood out at the Premios Bitácora, an annual competition that honors excellence in air mobility services for the corporate and executive segment. This award aims to pay tribute to the most prominent entities and personalities in the tourism scene of Argentina.

Organized by Visit Argentina in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the event received over 3,800 votes in 31 different categories, as reported on the official event website.

Flapper shone in an exclusive category, becoming the only representative from Brazil to receive an award on this occasion. The award is also a milestone for Brazil due to Flapper’s success in the Argentine market since 2021, serving clients from Brazil and the Southern Cone, as well as operating private flights to sought-after destinations such as Punta del Este and Bariloche. The company also has its own magazine aimed at its exclusive audience.

In Latin America, Flapper has been distinguished for its innovative and experienced management, generating growth, in the words of Julio Manco, Executive Director of Flapper in the region. “This award reflects our commitment to creating a revolutionary and accessible executive aviation brand. With our arrival in Argentina, we have made private aviation more accessible, and now our focus is to expand our presence in the region,” he comments.

For Flapper, the Argentine market is strategic. According to Embratur, it is estimated that Brazil will receive around 2 million Argentine tourists in 2023, more than half of the total foreign visitors from the previous year. As Flapper informs, the most sought-after private routes by affluent tourists include trips from São Paulo to Punta del Este, from Buenos Aires to Rio de Janeiro, from Buenos Aires to Bariloche, from Buenos Aires to Florianópolis, and from Buenos Aires to Punta del Este.
