UCB Power and Aldo Solar Join Forces to Boost the Clean Energy Sector

UCB Power and Aldo Solar announced a strategic partnership to expand access to solar energy in Brazil.

UCB Power, specializing in energy storage solutions, and Aldo Solar, a leader in photovoltaic system distribution, announced a strategic partnership in May to boost the adoption of solar energy in Brazil.

Solar energy in Brazil is in a period of strong growth and is expected to continue expanding in the coming years. The market is driven by favorable climatic conditions, increasing demand for electricity, and growing interest in diversifying energy sources, aiming at sustainability and energy security.

The installed capacity of solar energy is projected to grow significantly. For example, the photovoltaic solar energy market in Brazil is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 23.30% from 2023 to 2028, driven by government incentives and the reduction of installation and equipment costs (Research & Markets) (Mordor Intel).

The partnership between UCB Power and Aldo Solar seeks not only to increase the supply of high-quality storage systems and photovoltaic solutions but also to empower integrators and distributors through specialized training, thus ensuring excellence in the installation and maintenance of these systems across the national territory. By combining the expertise of UCB Power and Aldo, this partnership promises to strengthen Brazil’s solar energy ecosystem, contributing to the achievement of national renewable energy goals.
