Ingresse announces its 8th acquisition and consolidates its leadership with strategic support from Confrapar.

Ingresse, a company in Confrapar’s portfolio, has just taken another decisive step in its journey to become the world’s largest live entertainment platform. The company announced the acquisition of Ingresso Nacional, the leading player in the Southern region of the country, marking its eighth M&A (mergers and acquisitions) move.
For Confrapar, this move reaffirms its investment thesis in high-growth technology companies that use data intelligence and operational efficiency to lead their markets. Since the beginning of our partnership, we have followed Ingresse on a trajectory of accelerated expansion, combining robust organic growth with an extremely precise sector consolidation agenda.
Regional Expansion and Ambitious Goals
The arrival of Ingresso Nacional strengthens Ingresse’s presence in strategic states and brings an expected increase of R$ 750 million in sales volume. With this integration, Ingresse projects a 50% growth in revenue by 2025, maintaining the “high double digits” expansion pace it has shown in recent years.
The “Fintech Approach” as a Differentiator
One of the pillars reinforcing Confrapar’s confidence in Ingresse’s business model is its transition to an all-in-one solution. Currently, about 30% of the company’s revenue already comes from financial arms (fintech), offering receivables anticipation, cash flow management for producers, and consumer technologies for events (such as Billfold).
Global Vision
In addition to its consolidation in Brazil, where its base already exceeds 20 million registered customers, Ingresse is advancing in its internationalization. Headquartered in Madrid, the platform already operates in European markets such as Germany, France, Portugal, and Italy, exporting Brazilian technology and know-how in live experience management.
“We believe that the best strategy is to join forces with the best entrepreneurs in the segment,” stated Gabriel Benarrós, founder and CEO of Ingresse.
At Confrapar, we celebrate this milestone. The acquisition of Ingresso Nacional is not just an increase in market share, but proof of the flawless execution of a long-term strategy that we are proud to support.
