Flapper reaches breakeven with R$49 million in revenue

Flapper, an on-demand air mobility platform, announced it has reached breakeven after generating R$49 million in revenue during the first quarter of 2025, establishing itself as a key player in executive aviation across Latin America. The milestone was achieved through operations in countries such as Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia, highlighting the scalability and efficiency of its business model.

Reaching breakeven marks a strategic turning point for the company, which has been expanding its operations since 2016 with a focus on technology and sustainable growth. The revenue increase was driven by a 60% surge in demand for charter and shared flights and strengthened presence in high-value regional hubs.

“We reached breakeven because we managed to structure the operation without burning cash and with margin. In 2025, we want to go beyond our current business and show that owning an aircraft can also be done in a structured and intelligent way,” said Paul Malicki, CEO and founder of Flapper.

The company now plans to expand its footprint.
