Flapper start to accept Bitcoin in Brazil

Following the ephemeral 1300% surge in Bitcoin’s value, investment in the cryptocurrency is undergoing a maturation phase in Brazil and around the world.

Observing an increase in demand for chartered and shared flights from foreigners and millennials, FLAPPER, a flight-sharing company specializing in executive aviation and the sharing economy, has started accepting Bitcoin payments for chartered flights or per seat through its app.

Currently available on the iOS version of the app, the company believes that this is the opportune moment to start testing and gauging user behavior in relation to the use of cryptocurrency.
