Confrapar Sells Vindi to Locaweb

In early 2021, Confrapar, specialized in investing in technology-driven companies, sold Vindi, a leader in SaaS for recurring payments, to Locaweb (LWSA3).

Known for its efficient payment management platform, Vindi serves small businesses to large corporations and saw a growing demand for its services, driven by digital acceleration.

Under Confrapar’s management, Vindi raised R$ 30 million in two investment rounds, consolidating its position in the market.

This sale, which generated a 75% annual return for Confrapar, reinforces the manager’s ability to boost promising companies and successfully conduct strategic negotiations.
